If you&rsquo;re energetic, dedicated, and eager to make a lasting impact through beauty enhancement, we want to hear from you!Duties<ul><li>Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape and desired look, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations for all procedures</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of client visits</li><li>Promote retail sales of eyelash care products and aftercare kits through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations</li><li>Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow our online presence</li><li>Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, offering aftercare advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your craftsmanship</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; additional training in eyelash extension techniques is highly valued</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a sterile work environment</li><li>Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly</li><li>Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus</li><li>Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards</li><li>Additional skills in related beauty treatments such as makeup application, dermal fillers, or body waxing are advantageous but not required</li></ul>Join us in delivering exceptional beauty experiences that leave clients feeling confident and radiant!
