Duties

• Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client's eye shape and desired look, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations for all procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of client visits
• Promote retail sales of eyelash care products and aftercare kits through engaging product demos and personalized recommendations
• Assist with social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow our online presence
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, offering aftercare advice, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your craftsmanship
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; additional training in eyelash extension techniques is highly valued
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to maintain a sterile work environment
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Additional skills in related beauty treatments such as makeup application, dermal fillers, or body waxing are advantageous but not required
