About Sugaring NYC

Our salon is located in North-Miami. We’re an organic hair removal brand specializing in sugaring – a natural alternative to waxing that works for all skin types. Our most popular service is the Brazilian bikini, but we also provide sugaring for all body areas. Our mission is to deliver a 5-star customer experience from the moment a client walks in until the moment they leave. Many of our guests are loyal regulars because of the exceptional care we provide.

We’re looking for someone with a joyful personality who genuinely loves pampering others, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and is truly passionate about their craft and the clients they care for.

Location: North Miami on Biscayne Blvd (5–7 minutes south of Aventura Mall)

About You

We’re looking for a licensed esthetician, cosmetologist, or sugarista with:

• A positive mindset and a warm, welcoming personality
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills is A MUST! In order to be successful in this industry you need to enjoy talking to people. If you are shy, this position is not for you. New clients rely on you to make them feel comfortable
• The ability to explain services, benefits, and aftercare clearly
• Good organization and cleanliness in the service room
• A love for beauty and a desire to grow with the company

What You’ll Do

• Perform organic Sugaring services
• Offer V-facials (vajacials) – we’ll teach you
• Educate clients on exfoliation and our aftercare products
• Ensure each guest feels pampered and cared for, even during less comfortable treatments.
• Maintain a clean working space and impaccable attention to detail inside the service room. This is a very important part of the clients experience in our salon.
• Educate clients on the importance of consistency in their treatments while promoting our packages and memberships.
• Team members shouldn't rely solely on the brands advertising. When there is downtime, a no-show, or last minute cancellation, promote yourself by handing out flyers around the plaza.
• Maintain a positive KPI, including client retention and new client growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US (required)
• Licensed in esthetics, cosmetology, waxing, or sugaring (required)

Compensation

• Hourly + tips + commission + bonuses
• Full-time or part-time positions available
