Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
• Consult with clients to understand their desired lash styles and recommend suitable enhancements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and product recommendations to prolong lash wear and enhance results
• Upsell complementary services such as brow shaping, makeup application, or lash lifts to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote services, showcase transformations, and attract new clientele

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in eyelash extensions required
• Experience in lash application techniques, including classic, volume, or hybrid styles preferred
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures for cosmetic treatments
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and understand their aesthetic goals
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is a plus
• Additional skills in hair styling, body waxing, nail care, or makeup application are advantageous
• Previous experience in retail sales or guest services enhances your ability to upsell products and build lasting client relationships
