This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career while providing top-tier beauty and wellness experiences.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions tailored to each client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Deliver professional makeup application for special occasions, photoshoots, or daily enhancement.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatment details and progress.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results.</li><li>Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles.</li><li>Experience with a broad range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in a spa or clinic setting.</li><li>Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.</li><li>Ability to operate Vagaro systems efficiently for record keeping and appointment scheduling.</li><li>Additional skills such as hair threading, tattooing (if applicable), medical records management, or esthetic laser treatment are advantageous.
