Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and product solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver professional makeup application for special occasions, photoshoots, or daily enhancement.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatment details and progress.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology principles.
• Experience with a broad range of esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards in a spa or clinic setting.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and skin tone matching.
• Ability to operate Vagaro systems efficiently for record keeping and appointment scheduling.

Pay: $25.65 - $30.89 per hour
