With a focus on expert care and personalized attention, we provide an exceptional experience in a luxury setting.Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media and Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position is perfect for someone passionate about aesthetics and digital marketing, with a knack for organization and exceptional customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:<ul><li>Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.</li><li>Schedule, post, and monitor content to ensure a consistent online presence.</li><li>Respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with our aesthetic team to capture real-time content, including before-and-after photos and videos of treatments (with client consent).</li><li>Track and report on social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.</li></ul>Front Office Duties:<ul><li>Greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience.</li><li>Schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and manage phone calls.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.</li><li>Assist in coordinating client flow and treatment schedules.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially in the beauty and wellness industry.</li><li>Experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, med spa, or beauty setting.</li><li>Exceptional communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using scheduling software and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and manage a consistent brand voice.</li><li>A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work well in a team.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in social media management for beauty, spa, or wellness businesses.</li><li>Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare.</li><li>Photography and basic photo/video editing skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
