This is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals who want to play a strategic role in business decision-making, financial planning, and performance optimization across diverse client engagements.If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and want to grow into a leadership role, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes</li><li>Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports</li><li>Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives</li><li>Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability</li><li>Support senior management with data-driven decision-making</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&amp;A, or corporate finance</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling</li><li>Experience with ERP systems or financial software</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification</li><li>Experience in consulting or professional services</li></ul>About the CompanyBeaver &amp; Co.
