Beaver & Co. Consulting Group is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Sabah Al Salem. Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability
• Support senior management with data-driven decision-making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems or financial software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification
• Experience in consulting or professional services
