As a Business Office Manager, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring the efficient management of financial, administrative, and clinical tasks. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage the daily operations of the business office, including cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable</li><li>
Oversee the accounting, payroll, and human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements</li><li>
Supervise and train staff in the business office, including administrative assistants and financial coordinators</li><li>
Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting financial data, including budgeting and forecasting</li><li>
Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service</li><li>
Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency</li><li>
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred</li><li>
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Office or related role</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills</li></ul>
