Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the business office, including cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

• Oversee the accounting, payroll, and human resources functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Supervise and train staff in the business office, including administrative assistants and financial coordinators

• Implement and maintain effective systems for tracking and reporting financial data, including budgeting and forecasting

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service

• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Office or related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software

• Strong organizational and time management skills
