We provide a unique combination of baby hydrotherapy, baby massage, and wellness treatments for mothers, all within a calm, nurturing, and premium environment.We are looking for a professional, punctual, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist &amp; Admin Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our spa and support our daily operations.This role is essential in creating a smooth, warm, and memorable experience for every client.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome every client with warmth, care, and professionalism</li><li>Manage all client communication via WhatsApp, phone, email, and walk-ins</li><li>Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate with therapists</li><li>Monitor punctuality and ensure the daily schedule runs smoothly</li><li>Process payments and maintain accurate client records</li><li>Confidently promote spa services, packages, and products</li><li>Encourage rebookings and build long-term client relationships</li><li>Support administrative tasks: forms, filing, stock checks, and basic reporting</li><li>Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting reception area</li><li>Work closely with the team to maintain a positive and supportive environment</li></ul>We are looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Experienced in reception or administrative roles (spa, clinic, salon, or hospitality preferred)</li><li>Friendly, confident, and professional in communication</li><li>Highly organised with strong time-management skills</li><li>Sales-oriented and comfortable recommending services and products</li><li>Punctual, reliable, and detail-focused</li><li>Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and booking systems</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Currently based in Qatar (local hire only, with valid documents)</li></ul>Working Hours &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Full-time: 6 days per week</li><li>Working hours: 11:00 AM &ndash; 8:00 PM</li><li>Salary: QAR 2,500 &ndash; 3,000 (based on experience and performance)</li></ul>If you take pride in organisation, communication, and creating meaningful client connections, and enjoy working in a small, caring, and professional team, we would love to hear from you.Apply today and grow with B&eacute;b&eacute;lux.Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you immediately available and in Qatar?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Receptionist: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
