We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to join our growing procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the procurement cycle and prior experience in sourcing materials, FF&amp;E, or OS&amp;E for hotels or hospitality projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services as per project requirements (FF&amp;E, OS&amp;E, consumables, etc.)</li><li>Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and negotiate pricing with suppliers under guidance.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.</li><li>Maintain and update procurement trackers, supplier databases, and purchase records.</li><li>Assist in preparing purchase orders and supporting documentation.</li><li>Work closely with internal departments including design, accounts, and warehouse to ensure smooth procurement flow.</li><li>Support the team in vendor evaluations and onboarding processes.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking based on project and operational needs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or interior fit-out sector.</li><li>Basic knowledge of FF&amp;E/OS&amp;E products and procurement processes.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP/procurement software is a plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
