Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Associate Interior Designer for this full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Associate Interior Designer will assist in designing interiors for hospitality spaces, including space planning, furniture selection, and creating detailed construction drawings. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects and project managers, developing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications, and ensuring aesthetic and functional excellence in every project. The role involves contributing to innovative design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design concepts with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality
• Strong skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings, including experience using design and drafting software
• Knowledge and experience in specifying and sourcing FF&E for luxury or hospitality projects
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, project managers, and procurement specialists
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required
• Prior experience in hospitality design is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
