About the Role

We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content across all marketing channels&mdash;digital and print. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves collaborating on creative campaigns. 


Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Design graphic content for marketing media across digital (web, EDMs, online ads, lookbooks) and print (POS, packaging, catalogues).</li>
<li>Develop product packaging from concept to finished artwork for bedlinen, fragrance, laundry care, and small goods.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Graphic Design, Marketing, and Studio teams to deliver seasonal campaigns and in-store collateral.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent brand identity and apply strong design principles (colour, typography, photography).</li>
<li>Take projects from initial concept through to finished artwork.</li>
<li>Submit creative deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Qualification in Graphic Design or similar.</li>
<li>2+ years&rsquo; experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).</li>
<li>Strong concept development and finished art skills for both print and digital.</li>
<li>Understanding of brand guidelines and campaign strategy.</li></ul>
