Job Title: Medical Assistant &ndash; Primary &amp; Urgent Care ClinicLocation: Boynton, FLAbout Us BeeperMD is a growing Primary and Urgent Care Clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Medical Assistants to join our team.Position Highlights<ul><li>Immediate start available after successful interview</li><li>Full-time role with opportunities to learn and grow</li><li>Dynamic environment with both clinical and administrative responsibilities</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist patients and visitors in person or over the phone</li><li>Serve as both Medical Assistant and Medical Receptionist</li><li>Schedule new and follow-up appointments</li><li>Maintain patient records and handle inquiries</li><li>Verify insurance, collect payments, and notify providers of patient arrivals</li><li>Manage office inventory and maintain a clean, organized front desk area</li><li>Perform clinical duties including:</li><li>Room preparation</li><li>Taking patient vitals</li><li>Point-of-care testing</li><li>Phlebotomy/lab draws and handling samples</li><li>Wound care</li><li>EKGs</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Medical Assistant Certification (Required)</li><li>Phlebotomy Certification (Preferred)</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar healthcare setting</li><li>Experience with EMR systems</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with ability to multi-task</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and adaptability</li><li>Must pass a background check</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Leadership abilities and ability to work independently or in a team setting</li><li>Reliable, professional, and proactive approach</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-first environment</li><li>Exposure to both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare</li><li>Play an important role in a growing healthcare organization</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $20.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work in 12 hours shift (9AM to 9PM) for 3 Days a week?</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Medical Assistant (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
