This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your industry talents while working in an environment that values your expertise and dedication.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Manage POS (Point of Sale) We use FOCUS POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions.</li><li>Monitor guest consumption responsibly by recognizing signs of intoxication and adhering to responsible serving policies.</li><li>Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without interruption.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender/waitstaff is a plus</li><li>CURRENT ABLE LICENSE</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; understanding of alcohol laws applicable to hospitality settings.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
