Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) We use FOCUS POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly by recognizing signs of intoxication and adhering to responsible serving policies.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure seamless service without interruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender/waitstaff is a plus
• CURRENT ABLE LICENSE
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within legal guidelines; understanding of alcohol laws applicable to hospitality settings.
