Tasting Bar Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Specialist to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and food service, with experience in restaurant operations, catering, and banquet management. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Manage banquet setups and breakdowns, ensuring all events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and adherence to dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining spaces and food handling stations.
• Support bartending operations, including drink preparation and customer service at the bar.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills in hospitality, food service, and customer engagement.

Experience

• Bar tending experience is preferred, willing to train the right person.
• Previous experience in upscale restaurant environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus.
• Experience in catering or banquet services is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• A passion for providing exceptional hospitality experiences to guests.
