With two convenient locations serving families in the Spring ISD area and beyond, we are committed to providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children to grow and thrive.Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create a positive learning atmosphere, develop age-appropriate curricula, and support children's social, emotional, and educational development. Your passion for early childhood education will inspire young learners and foster their curiosity and confidence every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods</li><li>Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content that promotes learning through play and exploration</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and welfare in a professional manner</li><li>Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining compliance with daycare regulations and standards</li><li>Incorporate special education practices when working with children requiring additional support or individualized plans</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven classroom experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies</li><li>Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques</li><li>Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members</li><li>Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred (e.g., Montessori certification)</li><li>Ability to work well with diverse groups of children including toddlers and preschoolers; experience in toddler care is a plus</li></ul>Join our team to make a meaningful difference in young lives!
