Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Experienced Child Care Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will create a positive learning atmosphere, develop age-appropriate curricula, and support children's social, emotional, and educational development. Your passion for early childhood education will inspire young learners and foster their curiosity and confidence every day.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques
• Support children’s developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content that promotes learning through play and exploration
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress, behavior, and welfare in a professional manner
• Manage classroom activities efficiently while maintaining compliance with daycare regulations and standards
• Incorporate special education practices when working with children requiring additional support or individualized plans

Requirements

• Proven classroom experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
• Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and early intervention strategies
• Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members
• Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred (e.g., Montessori certification)
• Ability to work well with diverse groups of children including toddlers and preschoolers; experience in toddler care is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
