<p>Behavior Treatment &amp; Analysis (BTA) is seeking a <b>Clinical Coordinator </b>to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching, treatment oversight, and evidence-based group interventions.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.</li><li>
Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).</li><li>
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies.</li><li>
Review documentation, data collection, and client progress.</li><li>
Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>
Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<p><b>Required</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;2 years of ABA or behavioral health experience.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>
<p><b>Preferred</b></p>
<ul><li>Master's degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or any</li><li>
2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field.</li><li>
RBT Certification.</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to use a computer or tablet for documentation.</li></ul>
