Clinical Coordinator

About the Role

Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching, treatment oversight, and evidence-based group interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.
  • Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies.
  • Review documentation, data collection, and client progress.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of ABA or behavioral health experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Master's degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or any
  • 2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field.
  • RBT Certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to use a computer or tablet for documentation.
