Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role ensures high-quality ABA service delivery through staff coaching, treatment oversight, and evidence-based group interventions.
- Support the implementation of ABA treatment plans and monitor service quality.

Observe, coach, and provide feedback to BTs/RBTs using Behavior Skills Training (BST).

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB Ethics Code, and company policies.

Review documentation, data collection, and client progress.

Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Complete required documentation and attend meetings and trainings.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, ABA, Education, or a related field.

1–2 years of ABA or behavioral health experience.

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in psychology or any

2-3 years of experience working in the ABA field.

RBT Certification.
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
