What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As a Juvenile Court Psychologist, you will conduct court-ordered evaluations, provide expert consultation, and support judicial decision-making in matters involving children, adolescents, and families.
<ul>
<li>Perform court-ordered evaluations in Care and Protection, Child Requiring Assistance, Delinquency, and Youthful Offender cases</li>
<li>Conduct emergency and civil commitment evaluations related to psychiatric hospitalization and substance use commitments</li>
<li>Participate in the Certified Juvenile Court Clinician (CJCC) training and certification process</li>
<li>Provide consultation and liaison services to judges, probation officers, attorneys, and court personnel</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, schools, community providers, and state agencies to support treatment and service recommendations</li>
<li>Prepare clear, comprehensive written reports and maintain court-compliant documentation</li>
<li>Testify in legal proceedings as required by the Court</li>
<li>Participate in forensic trainings, statewide initiatives, and professional development activities</li>
<li>Travel between courts and program locations as needed</li>
</ul>
Who You Are:
<ul>
<li>Doctorate in Psychology required</li>
<li>Licensed Psychologist and Health Service Provider in Massachusetts, or license-eligible with licensure obtained within 9 months of hire</li>
<li>Eligible to become a Certified Juvenile Court Clinician (CJCC) Level I and II</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of experience working with children and families required</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and developmental approaches to evaluation and treatment</li>
<li>Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary environments</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required</li>
