 &nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in a service-based company (Product-based background will not be considered).
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of Marketing &amp; Sales operations.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in Operations Strategy &amp; Performance Management.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
 
 &nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to drive efficiency and support business growth.

 &nbsp;&nbsp;Lead daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
