BeitElMal is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations within a service-based environment.

🔎 Requirements:

  Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role.

  Proven experience in a service-based company (Product-based background will not be considered).

  Strong knowledge of Marketing & Sales operations.

  Experience in Operations Strategy & Performance Management.

  Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  Ability to drive efficiency and support business growth.

  Lead daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

  Develop and implement operational strategies.

  Monitor KPIs and improve overall performance.

  Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to achieve growth targets.
