Sales Executive &ndash; Theatre &amp; Cinema LightingCompany: Belight Enterprises LLP Position: Sales Executive (Pan-India &mdash; Theatre / Cinema Segment)Role SummaryThe Sales Executive will focus exclusively on growing out-station and pan-India sales by canvassing theatre, multiplex, and auditorium clients &mdash; promoting and selling Belight&rsquo;s cinema-specific LED step-lights, seat-number lights, and signage solutions.&#9989; Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue potential theatre/multiplex clients across India.</li><li>Present product offerings (step lights, seat lights, signage) to clients &mdash; demonstrating features, benefits, and use-cases.</li><li>Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close deals with theatre management or purchase decision-makers.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups</li><li>Report sales performance and market feedback to management &mdash; identify new opportunities and market trends in theatre lighting.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in marketing or sales &mdash; preferably B2B or product-based sales.</li><li>Must speak Malayalam, Tamil, English and Hindi fluently.</li><li>Age up to 30 years.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to travel frequently &mdash; visits to theatres across different states.</li><li>Comfortable with client-facing presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives / commissions.</li><li>Accommodation provided (while travelling or visiting out-station clients).</li><li>TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) &amp; mobile reimbursement covered when travelling for business.</li><li>Opportunity to work across pan-India theatres &mdash; diverse exposure and growth potential.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Work Location<ul><li>Reporting to Sales / Business Development Head &mdash; Belight Enterprises LLP.</li><li>Work involves frequent travel outside base location; regular reporting and coordination with HQ for orders, dispatch and installation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
