Bell Electric is looking for a sharp, dependable Office Coordinator to keep our office running behind the scenes. This is a heads-down administrative role &mdash; no walk-ins, just focused, important work that keeps our electricians in the field and our customers happy.This is a full-time position, Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM, reporting directly to the owner.What You'll DoAnswer incoming calls and handle customer communication professionallySchedule and coordinate field technicians under the direction of the ownerFollow up on open estimates and outstanding invoicesManage billing and assist with collections as neededFill out, submit, and file electrical permits accurately and on timeMaintain and update records in our CRM system (Housecall Pro)Handle general office administrative tasks and keep things organizedWhat We're Looking For2+ years of administrative or office coordinator experienceComfortable working independently in a structured, task-driven environmentExperience with Housecall Pro or a similar field service CRM is a strong plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent phone manner and follow-through &mdash; you don't let things fall through the cracksDetail-oriented, especially when handling permits and billing documentsFamiliarity with the electrical or trades industry is a bonus, but not requiredValid Maine driver's license; must pass a background checkPay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
