Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to join our Human Resources team in a temporary 8-week role (with potential for extension). This in-office position, based out of our Fredericksburg, PA headquarters, will support day-to-day operations such as file management and Leave of Absence/FMLA administration, and follows a Monday through Friday schedule. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responsible for maintenance of team member electronic files including verification and correction of new hire documents</li><li>
Administration of Leave of Absence, FMLA, and ADA including team member education, paperwork, and approval process</li><li>
Maintain HR surveys and data collection from same</li><li>
Assist Recruiting team in onboarding activities including HPE&rsquo;s, data entry and orientation</li><li>
Assist Training and Development with training materials</li><li>
Back-up SME regarding Benefits (long-term goal)</li></ul> 
Education and Experience<ul><li>
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; at least one year in an hourly HR role and/or a degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.</li></ul></div></div>
