The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical knowledge, and a passion for designing kitchens, baths, and other interior spaces. We offer a friendly, collaborative environment with limitless opportunities to showcase your talent.What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Design and estimate complete kitchen, bath, and other interior room projects</li><li>Travel to customers&rsquo; homes and participate in designated showroom days</li><li>Collaborate with the Bellari production team throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion</li><li>Develop expertise in Bellari&rsquo;s product lines and sales process</li><li>Assess customer home design needs, take accurate measurements, and apply construction details to design solutions</li></ul>What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Minimum of three (3) years of kitchen &amp; bath design and sales experience</li><li>Strong grasp of current K&amp;B trends and industry products</li><li>Knowledge of custom and semi-custom cabinetry and familiarity with manufacturers&rsquo; pricing programs</li><li>Skilled in managing the full design and sales process, including layouts, budgeting, and product selection</li><li>Solid understanding of construction methods and mechanical drawings related to K&amp;B design</li><li>Clear and confident communication with both customers and team members</li><li>Ability to work independently and execute provided strategies and goals</li><li>CRM or HubSpot experience (preferred)</li><li>NKBA certification (preferred)</li></ul>What you must have:<ul><li>Expertise with CAD software or Chief Architect</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Professional appearance</li><li>In-person, Monday through Friday.
