Kitchen and Bath Designer

We are growing and seeking a talented, client-focused Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate brings creativity, technical knowledge, and a passion for designing kitchens, baths, and other interior spaces. What you’ll do:

• Design and estimate complete kitchen, bath, and other interior room projects
• Travel to customers’ homes and participate in designated showroom days
• Collaborate with the Bellari production team throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion
• Develop expertise in Bellari’s product lines and sales process
• Assess customer home design needs, take accurate measurements, and apply construction details to design solutions

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of three (3) years of kitchen & bath design and sales experience
• Strong grasp of current K&B trends and industry products
• Knowledge of custom and semi-custom cabinetry and familiarity with manufacturers’ pricing programs
• Skilled in managing the full design and sales process, including layouts, budgeting, and product selection
• Solid understanding of construction methods and mechanical drawings related to K&B design
• Clear and confident communication with both customers and team members
• Ability to work independently and execute provided strategies and goals
• CRM or HubSpot experience (preferred)
• NKBA certification (preferred)

What you must have:

• Expertise with CAD software or Chief Architect
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional appearance
• In-person, Monday through Friday. Ability to accept customer appointments on Saturdays
• Clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
