This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and aesthetic laser treatments such as laser hair removal.</li><li>Perform a variety of waxing services including body waxing, facial waxing, and hair threading with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes to enhance clients&rsquo; features.</li><li>Deliver expert makeup application and nail care services to complete clients&rsquo; beauty routines.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their skincare needs, and recommending suitable treatments or retail products.</li><li>Utilize salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions.</li><li>Drive retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and aesthetic treatments that meet their individual needs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in waxing services.</li><li>Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare, waxing, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and makeup application.</li><li>Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards essential for esthetic practices.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.</li><li>Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and sales management.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, skin tightening, facials, tinting services, nail care, and hair threading confidently.</li><li>A passion for the beauty industry coupled with a proactive attitude towards client satisfaction and retail sales growth.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to empowering clients through personalized beauty solutions!
