This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare and beauty services and is motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele.Our salon offers a range of services including facials, body waxing, lash extensions, and head spa treatments. Experience in head spas is not required&mdash;we are happy to train the right candidate.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform professional skincare services, including customized facials</li><li>Provide full body waxing services</li><li>Apply lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and/or volume)</li><li>Perform head spa treatments (training provided)</li><li>Conduct client consultations and recommend services/products</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace</li><li>Follow all state board sanitation and safety regulations</li><li>Build and retain a strong client base</li><li>Promote services and retail products</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required)</li><li>Experience with facials, waxing, and lash extensions preferred</li><li>Willingness to learn head spa services</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Reliable, professional, and self-motivated</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Commission-based pay with high earning potential</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Ongoing training and education (including head spa certification)</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity for growth and clientele building</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
