Job Summary

We are looking for a licensed esthetician to join our growing salon team! This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare and beauty services and is motivated to build and maintain a loyal clientele.

Our salon offers a range of services including facials, body waxing, lash extensions, and head spa treatments. Experience in head spas is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services, including customized facials
• Provide full body waxing services
• Apply lash extensions (classic, hybrid, and/or volume)
• Perform head spa treatments (training provided)
• Conduct client consultations and recommend services/products
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Follow all state board sanitation and safety regulations
• Build and retain a strong client base
• Promote services and retail products

Requirements

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Required)
• Experience with facials, waxing, and lash extensions preferred
• Willingness to learn head spa services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
