Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full time role Monday-Friday 35-40 hours per week.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff</li><li>Perform order entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting functions</li><li>Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in E2 Shoptech and bookkeeping is a plus</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry</li><li>Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence</li><li>Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li></ul>Join our team as an Administrative Assistant where you will play a vital role in enhancing our operational efficiency while providing top-notch support to our staff and clients.Base Pay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
