Administrative Assistant - Full Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a full time role Monday-Friday 35-40 hours per week.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff
  • Perform order entry, accounts receivable, and accounts payable data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Support bookkeeping activities as needed, including basic accounting functions
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects

Skills

  • Proficiency in E2 Shoptech and bookkeeping is a plus
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Experience in customer support roles, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence
  • Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
