 We&rsquo;re seeking a creative, hands-on
 
 Social, Influencer &amp; Brand Marketing Lead
 
 to bring our brand to life across social media, influencer partnerships, and brand marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes

 , and loves creating, managing, and executing day-to-day marketing initiatives.

 , whereby you&rsquo;ll be responsible for social media, influencer relationships, content creation, photoshoots, and brand storytelling&mdash;working closely with leadership and the broader marketing team. This role is
 
 in-person in Downtown Los Angeles
 
 . This role is contract-to-hire, starting part-time with the potential to go full-time.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Social Media &amp; Brand Content
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own social media channels, including content planning, content creation, posting, community management, and performance tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and manage a social content calendar aligned with brand initiatives and launches
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture, edit, and produce photos and video content for social, web, and marketing use
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and produce marketing and social assets that reflect the brand&rsquo;s aesthetic and voice
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Monitor analytics
 
 across campaigns, website, and CRM to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Influencer &amp; Creator Marketing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead influencer marketing efforts, including outreach, relationship management, and gifting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage creator partnerships and seeding programs to drive awareness and engagement
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee influencer platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and similar tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Track influencer performance and identify opportunities to expand reach
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand Storytelling &amp; Campaign Planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support brand storytelling across all consumer-facing touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Own brand campaigns
 
 end-to-end, from concepting, to planning and managing photoshoots, to editing images and creating marketing assets, to pushing campaigns live across social media and influencer channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as
 
 creative lead
 
 for how the brand comes to life in all marketing assets, including concepting and graphic design
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage
 
 photoshoots
 
 , including concept development, styling, shot lists, and coordination.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Brand Activations

 Manage influencer and PR events, trunk shows, pop-ups

 Support PR initiatives, brand partnerships, and outreach efforts
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Secondary Tasks

 Assist with E-commerce operations
 
 such as order fulfillment, inventory management, customer outreach, and product line-sheet creation
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with
 
 
 any other errands or ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations per business needs
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or brand marketing (fashion preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency of influencer platforms (LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in content creation and designing marketing assets via Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong creative eye and understanding of fashion, photography, and visual storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, self-starter mindset
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Los Angeles &mdash; in-person role
 </li>
