Our vision is to grow exponentially through different verticals across channels, geographies and more so through product offerings.Role &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serve as the official representative of the company to all UAE government departments (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, Economic Department, Municipality, etc.).</li><li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications, approvals, and renewals</li><li>Handle new employee visa processing, including medical tests, Emirates ID typing, and labor card procedures.</li><li>Manage visa cancellation, resignation, and final settlement formalities for departing employees.</li><li>Ensure all employment-related paperwork complies with UAE Labour Law and company policy.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and vehicle registrations.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date company records in government systems.</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and update management on new government rules or procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with HR and Admin for smooth employee processing.</li><li>Communicate and maintain good relations with government officers and ministries.</li><li>Provide advice on legal documentation requirements and ensure accuracy before submission.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of all processed government transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly or quarterly reports on government-related activities.</li><li>Manage company insurance renewals, vehicle registrations, and chamber of commerce certificates.</li><li>Assist in organizing official company events, sponsorships, or government-related public events when required.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Age preferred between 35- 40</li><li>Male Candidate</li><li>Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in same field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Benchmark Foods is privately owned organization with business interests covering wide spectrum of industries related to food in the region, with a portfolio of interests and investments across the Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, and Qatar.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.</li><li>Monitor and analyze accounting data, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.</li><li>Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy of financial information.</li><li>Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Supervise junior accountants and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.</li><li>Develop and implement efficient accounting procedures and internal controls.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments for cost control and financial efficiency.</li></ul>What we need?<ul><li>Qualification: CA Inter / M com</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years in the same capacity</li><li>Gender: Male</li><li>Industry: Trading specially in food industry</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
