<ul><li><p>Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while helping them stay strong, mobile, and confident in their daily lives</p>
</li><li><p>Practice in an environment that prioritizes <b>quality over volume</b>, without assembly-line scheduling</p>
</li><li><p>Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems</p>
</li><li><p>Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to clearly communicate therapy goals and outcomes</p>
</li><li><p>Work as part of a <b>larger therapy team</b>, with many colleagues to reach out to for support, collaboration, and shared ideas &mdash; including us</p>

<ul><li><p>A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program</p>
</li><li><p>An active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license in good standing</p>
