What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents while helping them stay strong, mobile, and confident in their daily lives

• Practice in an environment that prioritizes quality over volume, without assembly-line scheduling

• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems

• Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff to clearly communicate therapy goals and outcomes

• Work as part of a larger therapy team, with many colleagues to reach out to for support, collaboration, and shared ideas — including us

• Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• An active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license in good standing

• A genuine passion for working with older adults

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• A positive, team-oriented approach to patient care
