If you&rsquo;ve been carrying the load at another firm without the commensurate pay or appreciation you deserve, it might be time to make the switch?We are a busy bankruptcy and civil litigation law firm looking for a full-time paralegal or case manager to join our bankruptcy department. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.The position may be based in either our Orlando or Kissimmee office, with flexibility for the right candidate. We will also consider applicants seeking less than full-time hours or a potential hybrid remote arrangement, but the role is not open to candidates residing outside of Florida.What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>At least 3 years of recent bankruptcy experience (consumer work preferred). Excellent training also available if your experience is primarily in Chapter 7 cases.</li><li>Ability to manage Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from start to finish.</li><li>BestCase software experience required.</li><li>Knowledge of Chapter 13 plans, reaffirmation agreements, lien avoidance, loan modification portals, etc.</li><li>If your background is mainly Chapter 7, we will still consider you.</li></ul>What makes this role different:<ul><li>You&rsquo;ll have your own office, not a cubicle.</li><li>You&rsquo;ll manage your own caseload with independence, not micromanagement.</li><li>We value precision and pride in work.
