Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Paralegal

We are a busy bankruptcy and civil litigation law firm looking for a full-time paralegal or case manager to join our bankruptcy department. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.

The position may be based in either our Orlando or Kissimmee office, with flexibility for the right candidate. We will also consider applicants seeking less than full-time hours or a potential hybrid remote arrangement, but the role is not open to candidates residing outside of Florida.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of recent bankruptcy experience (consumer work preferred). Excellent training also available if your experience is primarily in Chapter 7 cases.
• Ability to manage Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases from start to finish.
• BestCase software experience required.
• Knowledge of Chapter 13 plans, reaffirmation agreements, lien avoidance, loan modification portals, etc.
• If your background is mainly Chapter 7, we will still consider you.
