Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Job will start part time but will eventually go to full time.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting</li><li>Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking detailed messages</li><li>Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars</li><li>Assist with office management tasks including supply ordering, maintaining organized files, and ensuring office equipment functions properly</li><li>Support customer service efforts by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and providing support for client needs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and office correspondence to ensure compliance and easy retrieval</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management</li><li>Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients</li><li>Experience in customer service or customer support roles; previous dental or medical receptionist experience is advantageous</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; excellent time management skills are critical</li><li>Personal assistant or calendar management experience preferred for supporting executive schedules</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional service.
