We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>
Consultation &amp; Diagnosis</b></div><div>
Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.</div><div>
Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.</div><div>
Explain procedures, risks, results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.</div><div><b>
Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.</b></div><div><b>
Aesthetic &amp; Clinical Procedures</b></div><div>
Superwise or perform dermatology and aesthetic treatments including:</div><div>
Laser Hair Reduction</div><div>
Laser Skin Procedures</div><div>
Chemical Peels</div><div>
PRP Therapy</div><div>
Microneedling</div><div>
Botox</div><div>
Fillers</div><div>
Threads</div><div>
Other cosmetology procedures/ Injectables as per training</div><div>
Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups.</div><div>
Training will be provided for smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.</div><div><b>
Client Experience &amp; Relationship Management</b></div><div>
Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.</div><div>
Handle queries, doubts, and objections with clarity and professionalism.</div><div>
Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage strong retention.</div><div></div><div><b>
Team Collaboration &amp; Clinic Support</b></div><div>
Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.</div><div>
Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritizing medical suitability.</div><div>
Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.</div><div>
Assist in smooth clinical operations when required.</div><div><b>
Who Can Apply</b></div><div>
Qualification: BDS/MDS/ MBBS</div><div>
Experience: <b>For MBBS - 1 -2 Years, For BDS/MDS - 3-5 Years</b></div><div>
Min 1&ndash;5 years in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred</div><div>
Hands-on experience with lasers, peels, PRP, and aesthetic / Injectable procedures, blood extraction.</div><div>
Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills</div><div>
Ethical practice and client-centric approach</div><div><b>
Salary: BDS/MDS - Rs 6 - 8 LPA</b></div><div><b>

The Counsellor plays a critical role in driving clinic sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering superior aesthetic consultations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, ethical counseling, and a results-oriented approach to client engagement.</div><div><b>

1. Knowledge &amp; Competency</b></div><div>
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Berkowits treatments, technologies, and products.</div><div>
Follow all internal protocols, treatment guidelines, and clinical standards.</div><div><b>
Training will be provided for a smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.</b></div><div><b>
2. Client Consultation &amp; Consent</b></div><div>
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.</div><div>
Ensure <b>Proscope hair &amp; Skin analysis</b> is performed for all hair-related consultations.</div><div>
Obtain informed consent prior to initiating any treatment or procedure.</div><div>
Provide accurate, ethical, and transparent medical &amp; aesthetic guidance.</div><div><b>
3. Sales Target &amp; Performance</b></div><div>
Contribute towards achieving personal and clinic sales targets.</div><div>
Maintain transparency&mdash;avoid overpromising results or creating unrealistic expectations.</div><div>
Conduct thorough product counseling and drive product sales as per monthly goals.</div><div>
Promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs.</div><div></div><div><b>
4. Lead Handling &amp; Conversion</b></div><div>
Treat every lead as valuable, ensuring timely follow-up and professional engagement.</div><div>
Convert walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and digital leads through effective counseling.</div><div>
Maintain and improve the clinic&rsquo;s <b>lead-to-conversion</b> ratio with strong interpersonal skills.</div><div>
Provide clear explanations of services, protocols, and treatment outcomes.</div><div><b>
5. Documentation &amp; Systems Compliance</b></div><div>
Capture and upload <b>before-and-after photos</b> and <b>proscope photos</b> for all clients.</div><div>
Maintain accurate consultation notes and update all client information promptly.</div><div>
Ensure all consent forms and required documentation are complete and compliant.</div><div>
Follow data integrity, confidentiality, and clinic management system protocols.</div><div><b>
6. Client Experience &amp; Satisfaction</b></div><div>
Build long-term rapport and trust through personalized care and consistent communication.</div><div>
Address client queries, objections, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.</div><div>
Ensure a seamless, comfortable, and satisfaction-driven client journey.</div><div>
Take full responsibility for client experience, retention, and feedback.</div><div><b>
7. Operations Oversight (In the Absence of Branch Manager)</b></div><div>
Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to maintain high service standards.</div><div>
Ensure all equipment is functional, calibrated, and hygienically maintained.</div><div>
Monitor open invoices, petty cash handling, and stock management.</div><div>
Ensure all operational SOPs, checklists, and protocols are followed strictly.</div><div><b>
8. Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership (In the Absence of Branch Manager)</b></div><div>
Support, guide, and motivate doctors, technicians, and front desk staff.</div><div>
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.</div><div>
Assist the team in achieving monthly targets and improving KPIs.</div><div>
Lead by example in professionalism, discipline, and work ethics.</div><div><b>
Who Can Apply</b></div><div>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</div><div>
Experience in aesthetic consultations (skin/hair/laser) preferred.</div><div>
Sales background in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare is an advantage.</div><div><b>
