Position: Counsellor - Hair & Skin Clinic (Aesthetics Industry)
The Counsellor plays a critical role in driving clinic sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and delivering superior aesthetic consultations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, ethical counseling, and a results-oriented approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Knowledge & Competency
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Berkowits treatments, technologies, and products.
Follow all internal protocols, treatment guidelines, and clinical standards.
Training will be provided for a smooth onboarding and understanding of the processes.
2. Client Consultation & Consent
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
Ensure Proscope hair & Skin analysis is performed for all hair-related consultations.
Obtain informed consent prior to initiating any treatment or procedure.
Provide accurate, ethical, and transparent medical & aesthetic guidance.
3. Sales Target & Performance
Contribute towards achieving personal and clinic sales targets.
Maintain transparency—avoid overpromising results or creating unrealistic expectations.
Conduct thorough product counseling and drive product sales as per monthly goals.
Promote cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs.
4. Lead Handling & Conversion
Treat every lead as valuable, ensuring timely follow-up and professional engagement.
Convert walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and digital leads through effective counseling.
Maintain and improve the clinic’s lead-to-conversion ratio with strong interpersonal skills.
Provide clear explanations of services, protocols, and treatment outcomes.
5. Documentation & Systems Compliance
Capture and upload before-and-after photos and proscope photos for all clients.
Maintain accurate consultation notes and update all client information promptly.
Ensure all consent forms and required documentation are complete and compliant.
Follow data integrity, confidentiality, and clinic management system protocols.
6. Client Experience & Satisfaction
Build long-term rapport and trust through personalized care and consistent communication.
Address client queries, objections, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Ensure a seamless, comfortable, and satisfaction-driven client journey.
Take full responsibility for client experience, retention, and feedback.
7. Operations Oversight (In the Absence of Branch Manager)
Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to maintain high service standards.
Ensure all equipment is functional, calibrated, and hygienically maintained.
Monitor open invoices, petty cash handling, and stock management.
Ensure all operational SOPs, checklists, and protocols are followed strictly.
8. Team Collaboration & Leadership (In the Absence of Branch Manager)
Support, guide, and motivate doctors, technicians, and front desk staff.
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
Assist the team in achieving monthly targets and improving KPIs.
Lead by example in professionalism, discipline, and work ethics.
Who Can Apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in aesthetic consultations (skin/hair/laser) preferred.
Sales background in beauty, wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare is an advantage.
Education
Any Graduate (Science, Aesthetics, Cosmetology background preferred)
Salary: Rs 3.6 to 5 LPA
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Work Schedule
6 days working per week
Week off not applicable on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
