This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.</li><li>Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team..</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus.</li><li>Interest in recruitment and talent management</li><li>Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Learning Opportunities:<ul><li>Practical exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.</li><li>Opportunity to work on live projects and contribute to organizational growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsWork Location: Remote
