Job Title: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Location: Chennai or Hybrid/Remote

Duration: 3 months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
  • Interest in recruitment and talent management
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
