Key responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning as per approved MPR recruitment of manpower and their related documents
- Liaison with various Labour related Government authorities
- Ensuring timely submission of Statutory compliances as per various acts
- Co-ordination of court matter and attend the courts
- Co-ordination with Head Office and full fill the requirement
- Contract Labour Administration and contractor's Bill Verifying
- Handling of Employees Grievances, if any occur
- Ensuring Induction procedure of New Employees
- Plant Round and understand the Employees problems
- Monitoring of Attendance and Payroll System
- Co-ordination of activities related to Canteen, Travel Booking, Gardening, and Transportation & Security Services etc.
- Co-ordination the General Administration activities related to Telephone, Railway-Air Booking, Hotel Booking, Visitors Arrangement and Various audit related activities etc.
- Yearly Employees Performance appraisal activities
- Employees Compensation and Benefits
- Yearly Budget Activities
- Disciplinary actions against default employees
- Monitoring of Employees Medical Check-up activities
- Co-ordination the activities related to employees separations
- Co-ordination with Head Office and Full fill the requirement
