Job Summary Berries Health and Genetics Lab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Lab Sales Representative to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of personalized medicine genetic testing while developing your sales career in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target primary cares, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.</li><li>Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical testing solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, and terms to close sales efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.</li><li>Provide comprehensive product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements and improve overall service delivery.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales direct to medical practices, hospitals and skill nursing facilities, preferably within medical, or laboratory environments.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in account management, fostering long-term client relationships.</li><li>Experience conducting product demos and delivering technical sales presentations confidently.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, for preparing proposals and reports.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.</li><li>Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.</li><li>Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a competitive landscape.
