Medical Lab Sales Representative

Job Summary
Berries Health and Genetics Lab is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Lab Sales Representative to join our team! Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target primary cares, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our medical testing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts, and terms to close sales efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Provide comprehensive product training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements and improve overall service delivery.

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales direct to medical practices, hospitals and skill nursing facilities, preferably within medical, or laboratory environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Experience conducting product demos and delivering technical sales presentations confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, for preparing proposals and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales pipelines efficiently.
  • Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer feedback, and sales metrics for strategic planning.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
